Refund Policy

All Ready Set Wed products are instant digital downloads. Because files and Canva template access are delivered immediately, most sales are final once the download link is provided or accessed.

We want you to be able to use your templates. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• You did not receive your download link or files after purchase
• A Canva template link in your delivery is broken or inaccessible through no fault of your own
• You accidentally purchased the same product twice
• There was a technical error that prevented access to what you paid for

We generally cannot offer refunds when:

• You changed your mind after downloading or opening template links
• You do not have a Canva account or did not follow delivery instructions
• Print results differ from your expectations due to paper, printer, or shop choices
• You purchased the wrong product but successfully received the correct files for that listing
• You violated our license (resale, redistribution, etc.)

Email hello@readysetwed.store with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We are happy to help resolve access issues quickly. Chargebacks on successfully delivered digital goods may result in license revocation.
